“It was an honor to be asked to be part of another home design for this wonderful couple. Their first design, more than a decade ago, was in central Phoenix and I consider it a privilege to be asked to work with them again. This 6200 sq foot Modern Spanish Colonial is set on the award-winning Founder’s golf course in Verrado. This home takes full advantage of mountain views with detached guest house and view decks taking in the stunning and famous Arizona sunsets.
The Flagstaff Mountain retreat is humming along to completion and in theme with the beautiful surroundings the siding is a unique product made from rice hulls. We are thrilled to be part of this large scale renovation project in McCormick Ranch. The homes in this sought after neighborhood are all unique and have loads of character. This beautiful ranch is no exception. Working with the long time owners of this home has been an absolute pleasure. After much thoughtful contemplation they decided to maintain the structural shell with a few layout changes, but essentially to remodel a large majority of the home.
