Lot

Our in-house real estate services can help you find the perfect lot with or without an existing house. Already have a piece of property? Our architect and licensed contractor will let you know what is possible within zoning and HOA constraints while our real estate services will assess the value of your property and advise your investment within the context of current market conditions.

Design

If you do not have architectural drawings, we will work with you to design your dream home. If you do, we will complete a full review of your construction drawings and advise you if we are able to move forward or if we need to address potential problems with the drawings in relations to the lot, design review, and HOA requirements.

Build

We ensure permitting is complete and then we create a budget, timeline and have a launch meeting where we lay out the schedule and set regular meetings to ensure you know what is happening every step of the way. We then hire our subcontractors, and building your home is underway!
